On-Site Corporate Headshots ($250 deposit + $30 service fee)

This is a non-refundable deposit to secure booking.
If you would like to avoid the $30 service fee, contact Lindsay to make a check or venmo payment.


Lindsay will travel to your place of business and set up a backdrop and lights in a room/area that you have designated for the photography.  (Details for this will be discussed further upon booking)
Depending on the location of your business, an additional travel fee may apply.

After approximately 30-minutes for set-up, it should take approximately 2-5 minutes to capture each person’s headshot.
Upgrades are available for longer sessions, which include coaching to get each person on your team comfortable in front of the camera.

After Lindsay has narrowed down the 2-3 best images for each person, you will be given a private on-line gallery to make your final selections.

Lindsay will post-process your final selections and your images will be delivered in an on-line gallery.  This includes the following corrections:
Exposure  |  Color  |  Clarity

Additional processing is available with an upgrade.

4-8 people – $200/person
9-15 people – $150/person
16-30 people – $100/person
31-50 people – $75/person
51-200+ people – $50/person

A $250 deposit is required for booking.

All images are copyrighted by Lindsay Marcy Design & Photography, even those you purchase. Copying, scanning or reproducing images is strictly prohibited. Print-screening images from this website is also against the law. All offenders will be prosecuted accordingly. Prices are subject to change without notice and are non-negotiable. Prices are guaranteed for 30 days after your session. Due to the custom nature of photographic products, no refunds will be issued.
